About the Complaints Review Committee

Complaints Review Committee is a Committee of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Authority established in accordance with Section 22 of the PPDA Act 2018 for the purpose of conducting independent administrative review of complaints and challenges to procurement decisions in accordance with Act. Members of the Committee are appointed by the Minister of Finance and Planning for a period of three years which may be renewed once.

The Secretariat Services to the Committee are provided by the Complaints Review and Investigation Unit under the Legal, Complaints Reviews and PPDAA Secretariat Department.
